Dentons Kazakhstan
In 2026, the SpaceCon team delivered a comprehensive fit-out project for the new Dentons Kazakhstan office located in Almaty, at 110E Al-Farabi Avenue.
The project became a clear example of precise coordination between design, engineering, and construction under tight deadlines and elevated requirements for quality, safety, and representative office standards.
Project Overview
  • Total area: 1,415 m²
  • Location: Almaty, 110E Al-Farabi Ave.
  • SpaceCon’s role: Design development, engineering documentation, and general contractor
  • Project duration: 6 months
Design & Planning
The project began with a contract for the development of a comprehensive design concept and full set of working drawings, including architectural and engineering solutions.
Within a short timeframe, the SpaceCon team completed the design development, coordination, and issuance of the full project documentation, allowing construction to commence without delays.
A separate scope included the facade concept and design solutions, ensuring a cohesive architectural image and full alignment with the status of an international law firm.
General Contracting & Demolition
In August, the general contracting agreement was signed, and SpaceCon proceeded to the active construction phase.
At the initial stage, a full demolition was carried out:
  • complete removal of existing finishes,
  • dismantling of all engineering systems,
  • preparation of the site down to the concrete shell for the new build-out.
Engineering Systems & Construction
The key challenge of the project was the simultaneous coordination of multiple parallel processes, including:
  • complete replacement of the building façade;
  • installation of new engineering systems:
  • heating,
  • power supply,
  • ventilation and air conditioning,
  • fire protection piping,
  • water supply and drainage,
  • low-current systems,
  • structured cabling system (SCS);
  • full scope of interior finishing works.
All stages were executed in parallel according to a clearly structured schedule, allowing the overall project timeline to be significantly reduced without compromising quality.
Quality Control & Materials
Throughout construction, all technological processes and approved design solutions were strictly followed.
Thanks to the detailed project documentation, works progressed smoothly without on-site redesigns or downtime.
From the first days of construction, imported finishing materials and equipment were ordered, preventing supply delays and maintaining a high construction pace.
Project Completion
By the end of December, SpaceCon completed the main scope of works, which allowed in January 2026 to:
  1. begin furniture delivery;
  2. organize the relocation of the Dentons team;
  3. commission the office ahead of contractual deadlines.
Project Outcome
  • A modern, international-standard office
  • Full compliance with approved design and client standards
  • High levels of comfort, safety, and functionality
  • Strict adherence to deadlines and contractual obligations
  • Full end-to-end responsibility by SpaceCon
